You can call 311 or use the Houston 311 website to request city services or to get City of Houston information.  You can also download the iPhone app and Android app.

Flooding

To assist in reporting flooding issues in our neighborhood, report issues to the Houston 311 website.  For street flooding issues, enter your address, or an address near the flooding and click continue. On the next page, select “ROW – Flooding” and then click the “Request this Service” link. On the next page, provide further information on the flooding and then click the “Review” button. On the final page, review your information you provided, then click the “Submit” button.

TREE AND SHRUB ORDINANCES

The City of Houston Tree and Shrub Ordinance provides standards for planting trees and shrubs and installing landscaping buffers.  The ordinance further protects Houston’s greenery by offering incentives to property owners who preserve and care for existing trees on private properties.
